Press the OK button to confirm your action. If the username is the same as the system administrator.
Contact with your administrator.
Defective, the system administrator must be notified immediately.
I-TELM2 is a new version. Check the release notes at the end of this article to see if there are any known issues with the release. If so, there should be instructions on how to obtain the latest release. Please contact your local support team for more details.
If you are using Windows or Linux, the download may be complete. If you are using Mac OS, there is still a problem. The users can not login to the system.
For Windows:
Click on Start > Run. Type regedit. Click OK. Right click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > NEW > DWORD (32-bit) Value > Set the data to 1. Restart your system.
For Linux:
Enter your Root password and press Enter. Go to /etc/sysconfig/iptables and modify the value of IPT_SECURITY to 1. Press Ctrl+X to save the file. sudo /sbin/service iptables save. Restart your system.
For MAC OS:
Click the Apple icon on the bottom left-hand corner of your screen. Click on the Apple Menu > System Preferences > Users & Groups. Scroll down to the bottom and click on the unlock button. Type your username and password. The system administrator can be set automatically.
Download the new version.
Click on the “Install” button.
Installation process
There are two options when installing the new version.
Option one: Install and update all modules
In this option, all the modules are downloaded and installed. After installation, the modules will be updated to the latest version. This option is recommended if you are upgrading an existing system from the previous version.
Option two: Install only the required modules
This option is recommended for new installations. The modules are only downloaded and installed. Then the module configuration is set up.
Enabling user administration
For Windows and Linux
After the installation is complete, the users will be able to log in to the system using the admin and user accounts.
For Mac OS
You will need to start the installation from scratch.
